The process of undulating vs dry kept a lot on the edge, as a verdict is yet to pass. Although Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse is confident that a verdict will be passed in the first half of 2023 and that Ripple will be favoured, many are still questioning the possibilities.

However, lawyer John Deaton, the founder and host of cryptolaw, also a well-known ripple promoter, is certain that the ripple is going to win his case against the dry at the Supreme Court.

In a recent tweet, Stuart Alderoty, Chief Legal Counsel at Ripple, observed that the dry has not been so fortunate in the past with previous prosecutions. Stuart Alderoty pointed out that on five cases, the SEC lost at the Supreme Court.

He credited the result to the BRAVE few who fought the SEC with their resources. He added that the SEC also lost these cases because the select few involved were willing to push the statics of the legal positions that were not beneficial to the law then.

Lawyer John Deaton, in reply, affirmed his confidence in Ripple's ability to imitate the path of the privileged few who won against the dry at the Supreme Court. He referred to the case of the second as an exceedance, citing the case of the West Virginia EPA as one of the examples of the second going too far. He also states that the ripple is already positioned for a positive result with his summary of judgment.

“I have no doubt that Ripple will win, and the present Supreme Court will put an end to the blatant excesses of @secgov. The West Virginia Epa case is everything you have to read to be in agreement with me. Ripple's summary judgement brief is already exceedingly well written in appeal brief." Prosecutor Deaton wrote in a tweet.

In addition, the attorney acknowledged some Judges whose actions in court have favoured Ripple’s case against the SEC in the past. Deaton expects that judge analisa torres, the U.S. district judge of the District Court for the South District of New York, will dismiss the petition.

"We are fortunate to have Justice Netburn and Justice Torres, and if Justice Torres refuses the Sec's motion as I expect and says she's going before a jury, it's a success. You're muddling my motion with Ripple's. I filed an SEC complaint against Ripple." Deaton tweeted again.
