Meme coins refer to meme-inspired cryptocurrencies that enthusiastic online investors & followers support. Famous examples of meme coins include Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB). The first meme coin to be created was Dogecoin. DOGE was inspired by the famous meme of a Shiba Inu dog in Japan.
