Crypto COINBASE exchange (coin) is passed to the signature bank (sbny) to facilitate its service for key account holders at the signature bank.

The change is specific to USD banking and does not affect payment instructions in books or euros and takes effect immediately.

Coinbase used before silvergate bank (if) for that service.
