Cathie Wood is back at the COINBASE (COIN) share buyback, after a break of nearly a month, as ARK disclosed that he had purchased 162325 COIN shares on Friday.

ARK’s last purchase of COIN was in mid-January when it bought $3.3 million worth of shares of the exchange.

$9.2 million is being bought at a time when American regulators have increased their oversight of the digital asset industry. While the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) didn’t go after Coinbase’s staking product, as it did with Krakenquestions remain as to if it might come after it in a second enforcement blitz.

Wall Street Journal report from early Monday said that Paxos is the latest target of the SEC’s enforcement campaign over its BINANCE USD (BUSD) token.

ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) has increased 28% YTD, while ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) has increased 25% YTD.
