The blockchain alert tool was recently acquired by consensys for an amount not yet disclosed to simplify the implementation of web3. Reports indicate (1) that the no-code blockchain development tools provider HAL will bring ten of its staff over to ConsenSys due to the acquisition of HAL.

Moreover, hal will move more than forty application programming interfaces (apis) which use blockchain technology to infura, the well-known web3 connectivity layer developed by consensys.

As part of the decentralized development of the next generation Internet, the apis crossover is designed to enhance tools like infura and simplify their use.

The acquisition of hal shows the commitment of consequent to continuous improvement of its range of basic products. In addition, the blockchain software and technology sector hopes to help it develop advanced technologies for a decentralised future.

Eleazar Galano, the co-founder of Infura, made the following observation in response to the ConsenSys Web3-focused purchase of HAL and all of its appurtenances:

"HAL is an excellent addition to the Infura ecosystem since it gives users more than 40+ higher-level APIs for blockchain and on-chain monitoring and signaling. This integration marks a major step in the goal of infura to evolve beyond being the best provider rpc and becoming the leader in blockchain development tools.

Marco De Rossi, President of HAL and co-founder of the company, chimed in on the latest advancement by saying:

"From the very beginning, we have held the conviction that building a bridge between Web3 and Web2 is of the utmost importance if we are to enhance the user experience of blockchain technology, make it accessible to people with less technical expertise, bring blockchain technology to a wider audience, and realize the trustless, people-empowerment vision of Web3 that we are all so excited about.

De Rossi said the collaboration with ConsenSys 'greatly accelerates the impact of HAL technology by putting it at the disposal of millions of consumers."

How Will HAL Acquisition Benefit ConsenSys?

Hal is a program that enables users to generate notifications for different activities and tasks, and it functions as a blockchain warning system. To do so, it analyses protocol data. These tasks include negotiating, voting in government and complying with tax laws.

Following the acquisition, infura can now integrate customizable webhooks and the notification service offered by hal into its suite of developers. The amendment would also allow developers to create protocol-level notifications and alerts for a variety of different signals.

The acquisition of hal by consensys contributes in another way to the wider mission of infura to create an open and decentralised web. This capability can be achieved by delivering powerful tools to blockchain developers that are compatible with a wide variety of networks and applications.

Acquisition reinforces the ability of the meta mask to provide a more dynamic and individualized notification system.

Current ConsenSys activities.

A year had passed since the blockchain company based in New York ConsenSys had finished purchasing MyCrypto before acquiring HAL. This acquisition was done to strengthen the cooperation of METAMASK and improve the user experience on web3 using the market leader portfolio base.

Hal integration can build on improvements made to the customer experience since the mycrypto acquisition.

Consensys announced the company intends to lay off 97 employees in order to "adapt to difficult and uncertain market conditions" last month. With the news, the company has become the newest significant participant in the technology sector to downsize its workforce in response to continued economic instability.

Even so, consensys promised to support affected staff and make it easier for them to leave. It is company policy that departed workers would be entitled to severance pay based on their length of service.
