0xcert

0xcert is an open source, permissionless protocol for validating the existence, authenticity and ownership of digital assets on the blockchain. A key role in the 0xcert infrastructure is played by the ZXC utility tokens. The ZXC token might be utilized to support dapps built on top of the 0xcert protocol with minimum possible fees.
