Payments giant Mastercard has partnered with cryptocurrency COINBASE to make non-fungible tokens (TNT) more accessible to everyone. Mastercard cards can be used to make purchases in the upcoming Coinbase NFT market.

Mastercard joins forces with Coinbase.

Giant Mastercard and Coinbase cryptocurrencies payments independently announced their partnership on Tuesday. Mastercard stated that the company is "making it easier for everyone to buy TNT," elaborating:

We are pleased to announce today that we are partnering with Coinbase to allow people to use their Mastercard cards to make purchases in Coinbase's upcoming market.

'Engaging more people safely is perhaps the best way to help the LNP market thrive,' the payment giant said, explaining:

Mastercard sees even more potential for the underlying technology of ETFs to move beyond art and collectibles into many more areas.

Coinbase announced in October last year that it is starting an NFT market. The company described "coinbase nft" as "a peer-to-peer market that will make punching, buying, presenting and discovering nfts easier than ever."

The nasdaq-listed detailed crypto exchange: "we make nfts more accessible by constructing user-friendly interfaces that put complexity behind the scenes. We are adding social characteristics that open new avenues of conversation and discovery. And we are going to grow the creative community exponentially, a victory for artists and fans."
